Preparing the Lemonade Cleanse Recipe

The lemonade cleanse recipe is relatively cheap and easy to prepare. Most, if not all, ingredients of the lemon diet can be bought at your local grocery or health store. These are the basic ingredients of the lemonade cleanse recipe:

• Lemons

• Cayenne pepper

• Grade B maple syrup

• Pure, clean and filtered water

• Sea salt (not iodized)

Take note that the lemons, cayenne pepper and maple syrup must be organic. By organic, this means that the produce is grown without pesticides and artificial fertilizers, and processed without artificial preservatives. The water must be filtered and pure water, not ordinary tap water. Tap water from your local water facility may contain harmful chemicals, such as chlorine, and microorganisms.

Bottled water may not be a safe choice, either, since it is not known how clean and pure they are. Some bottled waters are no better than ordinary tap water in terms of quality and purity. If you want the best pure water, you can buy a quality water filter from a trusted company such as Aquasana.

How about bottled concentrated lemon juice? If you can’t get organic lemons, any edible lemons will do, but stay away from processed lemon juice. Concentrated lemon juice is full of sugars and preservatives that will ruin the cleansing process. Stick to the following guidelines and your lemonade cleanse recipe will turn out just right.
